Payment
We accept VISA and Mastercard as payment options.  If you're hesitant to submit your credit card on the website, please give us a call.  DO NOT send an email with your credit card information--email is not secure. 

You may also place an order through the website and send a cashier's check or money order via mail.  Cashier's checks or money orders should be written to "Sonja's Old-Fashioned Delicacies".  An order paid for via cashier's check or money order may be held for 16 days prior to shipment.

Orders usually ship out within 3 business days, with arrival typically ranging from 5 to 10 days.  Addresses in North Dakota may experience a quicker delivery. At this time, we do not ship outside of the USA. Please contact us to get a shipping quote for Express service or for shipping to Hawaii / Alaska.

Corporate gift accounts may also wish to call for special shipping quotes regarding large orders with different shipping destinations.

At Sonja's, we only ship our best.  Shipments may be delayed as we bake new batches of our delicacies.  We'd rather you get a fresh product than get a lesser quality product in a short amount of time.

Refunds
Our goal is to provide you with the freshest quality baked goods possible.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Sonjas' Old Fashioned Delicacies, please contact us.

Refusal of Delivery
If you place an order and it is refused/returned upon delivery to the address provided at the time of your order, you are responsible for the shipping costs for the order without exception. Any money refunded will be MINUS the shipping cost.

Sonja's Old-Fashioned Delicacies is committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your personal information.  We will only use the information you provide us in a responsible manner to make your shopping experience personalized and pleasant.  We do not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior consent.  Sonja's may periodically send you emails or literature to inform you of upcoming events or new items which may be of interest to you.  If you prefer we not contact you, please email us at sonjas@srt.com.
